We've hit 100 for 2-3 days in a row and expecting it to continue. The 4th of July is near and looking forward to some lake time and great fireworks at Grand Lake. Kerry is coming in so all the family will be present and Elley as well most likely. She is usually good and not too fussy. A little over 2 months and eating well and growing as hoped. My health is good and have been able to go to some local nutrition meetings that I always enjoy. I am trying to go to one meeting in SC as I have to attendof this certifing board meeting every 3 years. So far having problems getting the reservations so that may be a sign to not go, I'll see what unfolds in the next day or so. Needed to buy a new riding lawn mower as my old oe is dying and with lot of yard to take care off it is so helpful to have the right equipment. Linda is going to have to have one of her feet reoperated on as the surgery area broke down so she and I are disappointed. I don't miss the UCLA trips as it would have been about time to go again. No real testing for several months and most of my appointments are every 3 months. All is well and ends are being met. You are loved and your prayers are truly a Godsend. Dr Jim and Linda

We have had a few recent opportunities to go out to dinner at a few nice places. Last night our financial planner took us to a good Japanese place and that was a treat. We also reassured us that even with all the stock market mess we shold be okay with the ongoing plan for retirement in the not to distant future. That was encouraging as still deling with an IRS audit. Jim and Linda

Lots of activity with the delightful new baby girl and we get to keep her a few afternoons and she and mom stay with us when dad is out of town working. The weather is now cooperating and the yard is a big project. I have 15 acres but maintain about 6 but you still hve cleanup and lely have been burning a lot of downed branches since the ice storms of winter. I also have a pond and and in the process of stocking it and recently went to Holdenville to the state fish hachery for some bass. Anyway it is fun to feed the fish at night with floating pond food. Work is fun and I don't miss the UCLA adventure now. I am looking forward to the savings but it seems that something is always breaking just as I get a little ahead. first lawn mower, roof needs replacing and a water toy an old jet ski went down. Gods blesssing on all. Dr Jim
