Merry Christmas to all and a good night. What a special time to reflect and enjoy family. We are all together as Kerry made it here from San Francisco so we are complete. Everything is special and with a delightful granddaughter Elley it could not be much better. I am doing well and no more testing for a few months and still take a lot of suppliments. I sort of miss the good trips to LA but most wern't much fun, lots of stress and expense. So I get a rasie by default. Not bad and it is good to work and feel good. Why we take so much for granted. god bless all of yo and I pray that you know the Christ of Christmas. Jim and Linda and girls
